Guys, I just reloaded my game and ran straight to the ring. He was there. It was day time. The quest was to go see him. First time he wasn’t there, reloaded, and now he is. (PC)

Captain Bernard is standing near the arena when i talk to him. But he keeps saying that there is nothing he can do for me now and the i have to meet him at the arena. I tied reloading bus nothing works. He just won’t train me.
i am facing the same issue. Don’t know how to fix it.
