I’ve gotten to main level 9 without going to captain Bernard for training so I thought I would before going to see runt (tried and failed a couple of times) to boost my defence and mace skills. After 1 training fight with training weapons, my bailiff mace and common shield are missing. I can only assume that captain Bernard has taken them as he is the only person I have see and spoken to since still having them on my person. I just spent all my groschen on a new chest piece and now don’t have enough to get new weapons, what am I supposed to Do?
I don’t want to reload as I did loads before the last save point!
look around mate, probably just lost them to a bug or something. You could try to grab a new save now and then quit and reload…that way you have your current state and if you need if your save from a few hours ago. Also, use this as a lesson to stock up on Savior Schnapps and to sleep in a bed frequently as well. Good luck
Even if Cpt Bernard has them you’re out of luck, dont think you can knock him out and good luck pickpocketing enough to get your gear back, even if you can. I would definitely save right now and start trying stuff out.
Don’t forget the bath houses. Ahhhh, the bath houses…

thats right, I always forget they save…do they save no matter which option you choose or only if you get the full package? Like laundry and wounds only vs getting a wench
If I remember correctly, I had to do the full package in order to save.
I think I have some perk though, where the bath houses no longer cost…
yea thats a perk. its not that big a deal, its not super expensive I just couldnt remember if i got a save last time i had my laundry done lol. I like to get in my noble clothes and clean em up and keep them off when I fight so I’m nice and clean cut when I make my way about town. Gotta dress to impress
