Captain Bernard won’t let me train any more. Evert time I go back - no option to continue training…

you did not say what platform either.
Have finished 12 quests on main quest line. Running ver 1.5 on pc. Used to be able to train but train option doesn’t give any more options like it used to - wooden weapons, different weapons etc. Couldn’t see other users with exact same bug. Cheers for any thoughts.
