Now I know there is no physical or name customization but I was really curious as to if there is any facial/head hair customization that you can possibly change.

If there was any hair or facial hair customization, screenshots would show Henry with different styles but so far henry look same in all new screenshots.

the face will only get dirty/bloody and you can wear different helmets/caps etc.
but no customization

Let’s rely on moder. Or be a moder yourself!
Would be really cool if your hair would grow, you could find a sheep farmer and get it cut! Or do it yourself. Would also be awesome if you could grow a beard, and decorate it with leather bands, glass beans and shells from far away beaches.

I’m kinda speaking from experience, I have really thick hair so my mother’s electric haircutter would struggle to cut it, needless to say, my cousin (who’s a sheep farmer) became my own personal haircutter.

Speaking of personal haircutters, if there is any shaving in KCD, it would be only during a cutscene or (sharpening like) minigame when Henry is shaving the knight he is squaring.
