I took the bowl from the monastery to give it to a guard but decided to find some bone. I talked to the charlatan for the first time. He mentioned his dream, but I decided to talk about the bone first (not sure if there was the dialogue option to start his quest). Now I can´t start the quest even if I waited (few days-ingame real life as well).
Is it a bug or did is it my fault? Will it reset eventually?
