Charlatan quest bug

the conversation between henry and the charlatan freezes after you stole the shroud from the dead guy in sasau’s church

Same Issue here, i managed to complete the quests from him by using a save potion every time before i speak with him. So i reloaded every time he was stuck. this Problem appears in the whole quetline with him. Just try this method.

I can’t finish this quest because always stuck in the conversation without option to leave. Annoying and frustrating . Ps4 pro with 1.04 patch .have you try the game ?? C’mon that not serious . EPIC FAIL

this happens if you find him when he’s sleeping at his house. for the moment, the workaround is to find him when he’s outside during the day.

I Cant even get to start the quest, i can speak whit the charlatán but he does not says the dialogue that starts the quest, does anybody can help me? Is Theres some requirements that that i keep to fullfill to get the quest?

playing on ps4, i finally got to the point where i got to steal the shroud and saved but he keeps freezing when i try to turn it in. i have tried reloading but it keeps happening.

I have a slight variation of the issue. I accepted the tooth and job and when I continued to ask about the topper etc the end dialogue option disappeared. If I ended the dialogue without asking about the others, and obtained the tooth if I asked about the other jobs after handing it in the end dialogue option disappeared again.

Same problem here (v. 1.4.3). Whenever I try to talk to the charlatan to give him the schrood, dialogue options don’t load and I am stuck with a mute charlatan just bobling his head. There no possibility to access the menu and there is no “goodbye” command available in the console to force closing the dialogue.

This is not the sort of bug you can afford in a game with limited saving capabilities.

Closing Urbain’s quest first (“Saintes Reliques” in french) by showing him the bowl solved the crisis. I still don’t understand how these two quests relate but at least I’m done with them now.
