I’m just curious if there’s a way to get this speech book after the “miracles while you wait” quest
He said he is fleeing to ledetchko but after many google searches he’s no where to be found
I’m hoping the book can be obtained else where as if you don’t buy it before the quest I’m guessing it’s missable

ps -if you turn the quest in at night while he sleeps , he puts his cool looking robe in his chest. the rioters show up and he leaves his robe in the box when he flees to ledetchko .
wouldnt it be insane if 1.5 finished his storyline 
I would of been happy if he left his speech book in the chest lol
