Well, there isn’t much new information. In the first video, Dan speaks about creation of horses. It took about month to make a model of a horse and then another unspecific amount of time to make its “skeleton” so it can be animated properly, and horse physics. He also describes details of their horses, such as their eyes glow, mane flutters, they can open mouth,…

Then there is just some talking about difficulties of creating a game world, houses, roads, etc… Dan also mentions their aim for realism but on the other hand he admits they don’t want realism at all cost. “We have a colleague who is a specialist on that and he goes mad every time when I’m like ´It’s just a game, we can do that like this, nobody will notice it´ (:D)” Dan says. “There is a pretty high level of details, but of course there will be many people who will tell us that for example this tub couldn’t be there because it has an iron hoob and iron was too expensive back then…”

The last interesting thing he says is that right now, they have actually less to show up than they’ve had during kickstarter campaign. It’s because back then, there were many things just half-working prototypes for demonstration, and now they are working on its actual funcionality, and so it’s not connected together.

In the second video, there is just well known talking about Warhorse’ investor and publishers. Dan repeats that if they hadn’t suceeded on the kickstarter, they would most likely ended a development, although they’ve had some plan b. He also speaks about a gap in the market they try to fill. “Historical literature is one of the most favourite one, historical or pseudo-historical series or movies are also extremely popular today. I can’t see any relevant logical argument why it shouldn’t work also with games.” he says.

The journalist asks why Dan thinks that just the story about hussite era should be successful, when people abroad probably don’t have a clue about it. Dan responds that it doesn’t matter. Middle ages as a theme are universal, and hussite era is very interesting. He argues that no one had known William Wallace (outside the UK) before Mel Gibson shoot a movie about him. And Jan Žižka, Dan says, is much higher league than William Wallace. (:D)

At last Dan states they would be satisfied with “hundreds of thousands” sold copies. It’s very dependant on a business model, which they can’t predict, because situation on the market changes dramatically in these times. Using a very simple mathematics, if they sold at least 500 000 copies, they should be in plus numbers, he says.
