There is a chest in the backroom of what I assume is the blacksmiths house (just left of the blacksmith) it requires lockpicking. upon opening it has all the items your horse has, but not duped, as when you go outside your horse is now naked. I tried re equping my horse and looting the chest again, same problem. Problem persists both on save and reload.
