Choosing dialogue responses with arrow keys and “enter” feels clumsy since you have to move your hand from mouse to arrow keys. It would be nice to have dialogue options bound on numeric hotkeys 1,2,3 etc. as seen in other RPG games.
you can use W+S and mouse left button to confirm afaik. or if not W+S then scroll wheel works. I dont even know really, but I know I dont have any problems with it so its either of that 
Fair enough. But still it’s at least 2 extra actions to do 1 simple thing.
