Hello everyone, learning records are not added to the codex, for example, a record about stealth and surrender in battle, a message appears on the screen that the record is added to the codex, but there is no record in the codex itself. Who faced, how to fix?..

After you use the first time the “sneak” key (“C”) an explanation is shown, and a new codex entry is available (“N”), but there is no entry…
Expected behaviour: Entry for sneaking
Repro steps: Start a new game. Go through the dialoge with mother. After this use"C" to sneak. Look into the Codex. (No entry)
