From what i read, there is a poacher quest at Talmberg which leads you back to Glade Inn - Andrew gives you “Sheep in Wolfs Clothing”. When is this quest chain available? I am now at Gallows Brothers/rock and a hard place - If i betray them all, is it possible to get the Master Hunter + Judas + Completionist Achievements?
Andrew comes back from the dead. so…mebbe?

For the Master Hunter achievements you need “Hare Hunt” quest. It should be available after “Questions & Answers” main quest and if I remeber correctly Andrew is needed.
My suggestion is to reload a savegame before you have started “Gallows Brothers” quest and retrying this quest only after “Master Hunter” achievement.
