Confidence in feb 13th release date

Ive been looking forward to this game for so long (PS4 user) as my PC is just too old to run it.

Im wanting to take advantage of the pre order benefits but consoles have a reputation of games being held back for extra tweaking etc. How much confidence is there that the feb 13th release date will be achieved?

If Steam does not blackout till 13th February 2018, we can be really sure it will come out. Game has been reviewed and streamed so many times, it has content, it has gameplay. It is a game that can be released.
