Consequences in gameplay

I have alreday read a topic regarding punishment for killing/hitting chickens. My question will follow the same direction.
How will the consequences for killing people, stealing goods etc look like? And further on, will there be something like royal hunting rights? I dont know if they were existing in your realistic model you are orientated at. I just would like the idea of deciding between comitting a crime by illegal killing animals in the forest to get leather and meat or earn money to buy it legal.
I hope there will be a realistic system of consequences since this in my opinion an important part of realism.

Please forgive me if there is already an existing topic regarding my question.

Greetings

And If you steal something will it “add some points” which, when they catch you, you have to repay or no witness no crime? same with murder witnesses, will only people who saw you commit the crime be able to compromise you?

It would be nice, for example bribe those people

Forests as any other piece of land is owned by nobles. So everything in it belongs to his owner from trees to animals. Therefore poaching will be considered as a criminal act. Only the local lord has right to hunt in his forests. Of course he can transfer this right to anyone he wishes to which usually includes his hunters, whose job is to supply castle with game. It was also common to exclude something from his right in favor of his subjects. For example hunting small birds was sometimes allowed as well as collecting fallen branches, cutting down pioneer forests, thick brushes or dead trees. Depends on the noble and his wish.

Thank you for the fast answer.
Never have seen a game which included those unapparent but important details. Looking forward to a game with such a realistic claim

hopefully there is royal hunting rights for humans

for noble humans - shure. But - not for the Son of a Blacksmith, he must hunt in Sherwood Forrest
