Was it also part of the plan to release the game without giving us the useful commands. 
It is like finish the game by yourself. (I’m not complaining NEOOOFRICTION.)
For example there is a mod at nexus website to give a horse a brain. But you can simply add the command to the user.cfg that’s it. It’s all included in the game.
Horse collision avoidance ( create user.cfg in data folder and add)
wh_horse_CollisionAvoidance = 1
To switch off the camera centering on horse:
wh_horse_CameraCentering = 0
