I’m playing on Xbox one x, and ever since the 21 my game has been crashing more and more often I play, and now sleeping in beds doesn’t even work anymore I have to steal and craft the savour drinks to save, and that sucks I have like 140 hours I think and I’m at the point in the story where I’m looking into the silver mines after talking to that old knight ulrich, my guy is lvl 19 with 24% to 20, I have a lot of stuff in my stash but I’ve been selling a lot to hopefully make it crash less, it always crashes in the menu especially when switching tabs and scrolling through the names of the city’s on the map, so I have to run every where now or risk trying to fast travel and crash, even crashes after I’m done fast travelling, running from place to place on foot or on horseback still crashes but less often, but i can never play it longer then 30 mins with out it crashing now, it’s pretty bad and game breaking if you ask me, because it take like 5 mins to load back in every time

Same on my Side, have about 110+ Hours and the Game is crashing when i Open the Questlog, in fasttravel, when i ride into a town and so on and on. Patch 1.2 was no improvement, only fixed quest and little bit of the negativ effects of the broken law system so the NPCs in the open fields talk to me again. I also own a PS4pro and hate myself for buying the XBox version. PS4 might not look better but is far more crash resistent. And the Patches on Xbox Need too much time to the release.
sorry to say this dude but PS4 player here, it is definitely not more stable.

I’m jealous you can actually make it 20 minutes without it crashing. I am not joking when I say that literally every single time I access the quest log page or the map of my menu the game freezes and crashes. Before the update patch of about a week ago the game for me ran relatively smoothly now it’s actually become impossible to play. It’s pretty ludicrous and I’m pretty upset. Oh I forgot to mention that it crashes about 3/4 of the time while fast traveling as well- so I can play the game as long as I don’t do anything or move at all!

Same here. On X One X, and it crashes then restarts every 5 to 30 min. Scared to open menu as not to crash it. I’m thinking if I start cleaning out my loot boxes I can clear up some memory and stop the crashes. I hope this is on priority for upcoming patch’s. Very game breaking bug.

I took few days off from work, I wanted to finish the game, but it literally can not be done. I am 70 hours in the game right now, but it is unplayable in the current state.
I remember, that it worked quite well before 1.4.0. & 1.4.1. update. I actually defended KCD everywhere I went, because I did not experienced much issues in 60+ hours of gameplay, except issue with Rattay rathaus (part of the building is not rendered, but it is more like cosmetic issue than gamebreaking).
However since yesterday I feel like I am playing a crashing simulator. It is a same. I probably have to put this awesome game aside.
