Controller lag after patch 1.3 PS4

HI All,

Does anybody else have the same issue?
After patch 1.3, i have a noticeable lag on controller, much worse then it was before, then i loaded an earlier save game (saved before patch 1.3) and the lag is gone. Now i would like to start a new story line and the lag is there.
