Copying installed BETA to another PC

Good evening.

I’ve downloaded the BETA on a laptop since I have proxy connection where I use my desktop, so the question is the following.
Is there any way of copying the installed BETA from the laptop to the desktop without needing to download the whole BETA again?
I’ve tried to copy the installation folder via USB but when I try to open the game says credentials not valid, and executing the launcher just tries to do a fresh install since it appears not to detect the game folder.

Any thoughs?

I guess copying the beta to another PC could turn out rather difficult. I am not entirely sure about how the launcher works, but from some other problem I have read about in this forum, the launcher seems to not check if the data is there (in that case the user did delete that data and the launcher tried to start the game but there was of course no data and he had trouble reinstalling the beta).

Also if you are running an installer on your system (and the launcher is essentially an installer) it will install all the stuff that is needed to run the software on your PC as well (DirectX, .NET-Framework etc. just to mention some of them). Making the software run, just by copying the data would be pure luck. Also you might need to fiddle around with your registry data and that is never a very good idea.

TL;DR: Maybe possible, but not easy, I don’t think you will get around a fresh install
