my current CPU usage is between 20-30% and my gpu is 99% always
my specs:
CPU i5 11600k
GPU rtx 2060 oc
Ram 16gb 3200Mhz
Motherboard msi Z590 pro
SSD 1tb

Do you alt+tab to check the usage with task manager?
I’m using msi afterburner to keep my eye on the percentage while playing in different game load locations like cities and forest and the result is the same
