I pre-ordered your game when I heard about it, and waited for the release for it in the early morning. When I tried to play it, it simply crashes and I can’t do anything with it. I really do want to play it and not refund it, but I do not know many options right now.

Warrhorse responded to my ticket, but have said that it is possibly caused by downloading the beta of their game. Since I am downloading straight from the Steam Library, I find this to be rather incorrect unless there is a problem there. I’ll inform you if they say anything more than that.
Hey, if you still have the problem, try upgrading to Window’s 10. That’s what solved it for me, though I am still unsure as to why. I had Windows 7 freshly installed upon my computer, but apparently the upgrade helped it out.
The game runs fine and rather smooth with this new change. If you have Windows 10, or don’t figure it to be a Window’s related issue, I’d email the support staff for the game.
I am on Windows 10 and i reset my Windows 10 two times and still it’s not working 
I asked the Support but he has also no solution.
