CTD on The Hunt Begins Quest

I have tried numerous times to avoid this bug, including loading previous saves and working my way back to this point 5 times now. I thought patches 1.4.1 and 1.41 resolved this. When the quest begins I am immediately searched by a guard that causes a CTD with the following error:

Did you email all of this to Warhorse? They have asked for all bug reports to be by email, with as much info as possible, as well as with save files. It helps them narrow down the issues. support@kingdomcomerpg.com
