So when I fixed the broken legs man I did not get any cutscenes at all. Nobody helped me and the screen just went black like when you eat. Is this bugged? I am very far past the save around them but I am still trying to figure it out. I am on Xbox one X…
That cut scene should active after you help 3 people. It isn’t associated with the man with the broken leg. So after helping 3 people and it didn’t activate, then it could be a bug.
