Dark combat jacket

Ok, so first off, I’m searching for the DARK combat jacket, not BLACK combat jacket as worn by the vicars guard.

In a previous play through, I managed to acquire 3 dark combat jackets, all gained from fighting bandits in random encounters.
I’m pretty sure I got one traveling between Skalitz and Rovna, and possibly got another between Talmberg and Pribyslawitz, however for the life of me can’t seem to find the jacket this run through. Anyone know if you need to be a certain level/advanced suitably far through the main story for it to appear? Has anyone got it anywhere else?

I farm ‘hold-up’ battles pretty regularly and have come across many darky combat jackets in the process. I’ve only ever seen them on the bandits but there’s a decent bandit spawn south of Skalitz, Southwest of Rovna, by the large river. Spectate (or annihilate) the combat and try your luck there.

That’d be where I came across it before. Don’t know why it’s not appearing this time round

What’s your main level?

18 atm, last time I found it I was level 20

Yeah, I’m normally pretty close to max level whenever ifind them.
