I want to restart the game in hardcore mode and I think about to activate all negative perks. When some negative perks were getting to hard for me, is it possible to permanently deactivate them in my save game?
if ur on pc u can remove perks with the cheat mod on the nexus

there is a way around most the negative perks though. You can get around the shakes by using bowman’s brew to increase archer accuracy and luck of the drunk to help with lockpicking in order to counter the shakes
if you have enough bandages and good armour and decent stats then hemophiliac wont matter too much
reading lots of books and using lots of potions will help with numbscull
once you have a strong enough weapon claustrophobia wont matter too much and the open face bascinet is pretty good
soambulant never really happens and when it does its not exactly a handicap
tapeworm is actually useful because it means you can drink more potions and drink more alcohol increasing your drinking skill
consumption can be countered with potions and helps you rank up vitality
brittle bones and nightmares are really the only two that cannot really be countered without mods
