I was wondering why my game is running such a bad fps in towns like rattay i know that optimization isnt well in this game but is it normal that game using only 4gb of v ram even on full or high graphics ?
Mine is using about 5.5 Gb ram in ultra, so I presume it’s normal. It could be related to the “downgrade” needed to support console versions of the game.
When optimizations come, and hopefully some additional effects/shaders/textures for PC version, I hope the game will use more of our rig capacities… 
no you dont understand its vram and the value dont change if i set to ultra,high or low its all time 4gb

My bad. If you want to manually specify the allowed amount of VRam, you could add a line in your user.cfg file :
(for 8Gb Vram)
sys_budget_videomem = 8192
(for 6Gb Vram)
sys_budget_videomem = 6144
dont forget to also add
r_TexturesStreamingMipBias -3
to avoid texture/items/npcs poping in front of you

We have to be patient and wait for WH to fix issues and optimize (probably in this order) the game.
In the meantime, we can use basic tweaks and simple mods (look for nexusmods, there is some useful ones, often with user.cfg command lines that can be added to yours).
invariably the full amount of VRAM is not available, as some of it is taken up by the desktop and GPU drivers, so e.g. a GTX1070 with 8192MB of VRAM has ~8096MB available to external processes the GPU will run, hence why the likes of DirectX can only see 8096MB or less of VRAM available.
however its quite common for games to detect GTX1070 as 4GB VRAM, in fact a majority of games do, because there were some GTX1070 with 4GB of VRAM.
ok but my firend have 1080ti and game saying that he have only 3 gb of vram
is he running a 32bit OS, that is limited to address space in RAM and VRAM?

then the best thing for him and you to do is press the windows + R key, the type dxdiag and hit ok, then wait for it to load, then press the “display 1” tab on the screen that opens, and on the left side of that page whare is list some basic info about the GPU card it will say “display memory (VRAM)” and an amount next to it in MB, then as per Fenris post add that amount to the “sys_budget_videomem = ####” in a user.cfg that you have created in the KingdomComeDeliverance root folder the game is installed in (i.e. the same folder that the system.cfg is also in)
but I would guess your GTX1070 in dxdiag will report 8096MB just as my GTX1070 dose.
dod its not problem of my grpah card it problem of the game its showing 8gb in dxdiag
then use
sys_budget_videomem = 8088
or
sys_budget_videomem = 8000
8000 is devisable by 1MB, 2MB, 4MB, 8MB, 16MB, 32MB, 64MB in whole numbers if you like that type of thing and want to leave a bit of headroom >8000MB <8088MB
