Dhl is charging me for import expenses and accounting notes, is that normal?
I once charged by DHL when importing stuff from another country.I think it’s normal.
I think it’s your nations fault, an import tax of some kind most likely. Here in australia we don’t get anything like that until the package is worth around 2000$
Depends on the customs laws of our country. Quite normal in general.
My bad, the amount of money is 120 USD, I have the same law about the 2000USD but the package worths 230USD. Yesterday I found that this thing of DHL is normal in ny country but at the same time illegal , so I’ll have to go the headquarters with my paypal reciept from 2014 and hopefully they’ll just give me my package.
