Dialouges between characters

Hi all!
Maybe somebody has already mentioned it but I didn´t get it.
I´m a little bit disappointed about the way dialouges take.
I miss the eye to eye contact and it´s disturbing when you talk to somebody and you just can see he´s /her´s forehead and subtitels running over it.
Sometimes the characters are both staring into Nirvana, when they talk to each other.
People are lookin´ at you when they pass by, but they don´t look at you during communication.
And I think it may be use-/helpful if conversation is continued after a key was typed (Space?), so that one can read the subtitles more focused on certain things.
And there is another issue.
Conversations you are not attending but listen to them nearby have failures in Audio and text.
Sometimes you can hear and read them only when you are looking at the NPC´s, but in real live you would hear it even it happens behind your back.
But maybe it´s too early for such things… I don´t know.

i think it is adjustement thing!
Atm all character faces are placeholders for the real mocap techonlogy.
So we need to wait until public release to see a more proper version of it!
