I think is the only one missing, also, anyone can confirm me that are only 24 maps?
Lol, that’s the only one map I found so far… Sad thing is I couldn’t remember where precisely… 
It could be in the scribe office, second floor in the Bailiff house in Rattay, it’s merely the only library I plundered so far (taking the key from the monk while he was sleeping).
I think that’s Map XXII, not XXIII
I checked it’s the 23 I found, but where… So far I cracked very few chest, mainly along the first part of main quest until Neuhaus events.
I lockpicked only easy/very easy chests in :
- Talmberg castle (Tifhaine room, armory, main watch tower (first or second floor), plus books in library.
- Peshek mill (nearly all chest I could open)
- Rattay (Rob the rich quest mainly, plus Bailiff house, and stole the library key from the sleeping monk)
- Bandit campment (Charcoal makers / Ginger pickle quest)
I’m pretty sure the map 23 is sitting on a shelf in the Rattay’ Bailiff office, library on second floor, but maybe I’m mistaken… Didn’t really pay attention to treasures yet 
But what bailiff ofice? In the superior floor of the apothecary?
Yes I think ; I took the wooden walkway through the courtyard to enter the dining room, then the room to the left (which is private, right over the apothecary shop). In this room take the stairs up (behind the little library bording the downstairs), you should see a dorm/little dining room with hopefully a monk/scribe sleeping here ; the scribe office is the little room next to it (with a difficult lock), between this room and the chamber on the other side.

I have all maps now (I-XXV), except for the map XXIII. Any help finding it will get a credit in my last video for the last 5 maps (VII, VIII, XX, XXIII and XXV). Can’t finish the video without it.

How, another translation bug : I found this peculiar map (the drawing indicate the same location), but with french translation it appears as n.23 in my inventory ; now I found why we were not on the same page (pun intended)… 
Is this the one for the treasure north of Skalitz? Where the longinus sword is? Because if so I found it by accident.

No one here seems to know where map XXIII is. It’s the last one out of 25 I’m missing.

Sounds great! I need the map XXIII. After that I can find the treasure, but no one seems to know where to get the map

Map XXV is in the cellar of the tavern right East from Rattay upper gate. The lodging. Go inside the tavern, find the cellar under the main room, pick the lock on the door, the map XXV is on the right side of the room, on top of a barrel.
