I don’t know what to do, I am at the part where I have to investigate Limpy Lubosh in Uzhits and I spoke to the priest, in both the church and the tavern and he refused to give me any information. Now I don’t have any clues whatsoever to where I have to go next.
I considered attacking the priest just to see if maybe I can beat it out of him but that’s not the kind of character I am RPing.
Please tell me I just didn’t fail the entire storyline and have to start over again…
You didn’t faul the Story Line. Maybe it’s a Bug But i think you Just picked Answered He didn’t Like so you have to find a different way to get your Information 
try taking a Look at your Journal and read the questlog carefully, often there are clues in what to do next.

The questlog reads that I have to find other people in the town/city that might have information. No clue to as to who I have to talk to though. Does this mean I should just start going from house to house until I find someone?
Yes, that’s exactly what it means, try the Vogt (Bailiff in english?) for instance. But other people might know Something as Well, the Lady living with the priest, the neighbours of the victim, the Host of the Tavern…
Well you can ONLY get the info through the priest, you need to get drunk with him at night and then everything will follow from there. So go talk to him again, make sure you arrange your drinking session and meet him at the tavern at night. Good luck.
I’ve already spoken to him at night and I told him I did not want a drink. I have also waited another night, couldn’t find the priest at the tavern. Does he have some specific drinking schedule? Either way, you think he will re-offer the drinking session if I find him at the tavern again?
Edit: So I have kept waiting at night for the priest at the tavern, he never shows up. I am truly stuck, I don’t know what to do.
Any chance I can just skip this portion of the quest and google the answers I need? Cheating I know, but I am really stuck.
@juronoro Doubt that, since you can also screw up with the priest after drinking with him, won’t spoiler more. I really believe ther is some other way.
@Seigfield sry, but that won’t trigger the next Quest stage i think. Just try asking around, searching the house for clues and so on.
Try talking to the baliff I screwed up with the priest too but the baliff continued the quest.
