Difference between Platforms

i’m not sure whether this topic has been discussed before but are there any differences between PS4 Xbox and PC Version except graphics.
So is the “game logic” the same, e.g. the same amount of NPCs doing the same stuff or did they need to simplify it for old console processors to still run it?

no the logic should be the same only the resolution is different
1440p on xbox onex, 1080p on ps4 pro, 900p on ps4 30fps on all consoles
