I’m not sure I’m in the right section, but would it be possible to create a difficulty option. That would lower your stats and level up speed, up the overall fighting skills of every characters. Anyway I love the game
If you are on PC, you can use MODs. They make the game easier or more difficulty…

Just keep practicing and going at it. Eventually you will be so overpowered you can kill 5 guys at a time. I did a lot of hunting to get money and buy better gear before I really started getting into too much combat. Also don’t forget to to do every single training activity with Bernard if you haven’t already. It makes combat dramatically easier. The game actually gets too easy by the halfway mark. I have to use mods to make combat harder at this point and balance the game.
Which addon do you use? I use dark age but I wonder if there is a btter one
I use the ultimate Realism Overhaul. It works really well and you can adjust settings when you install it. It makes the game extremely tough with the default settings. It also does things like speeds up your hunger rate, changes the economy so it’s harder to make money and buy gear extremely early. It also changes your xp gain rate by 100%, but that is adjustable as well. It’s also updated regularly and has an extremely easy installer to run. I highly recommend it if you want immersion and a tougher experience. I haven’t heard of Dark Age so I can’t compare them. There is one called Dark Times and URO is much better IMO.
Sorry I misread your original post and thought you were finding it too difficult, not too easy.
I also use, A Sorted Inventory, Instant Herb Picking(great), more perks, more random events, no reticle, unlimited saving, and spearman’s delight. I also use The Immersion Shader reshade and it looks gorgeous and all this runs perfectly at 1440p with Vsync on.
It’s allright. I took this mod and it makes it really harder than blood and iron mod. I restart the whole story and the couman at the beginning just one shot me.
Yes it is extremely difficult on default settings in the beginning. I adjusted some of the combat settings to make it a tad easier and then started a new game. I just tried to avoid combat as much as possible until I could train with Bernard. I just got through playing and I’m level 10 now. I took down my first Raider camp with 3 guys fighting me at once with one shooting arrows from a distance. It was about a 30 minute fight. When I killed the last guy I had a sliver of health left. I was physically exhausted but it was probably the most rewarding experience I’ve ever had in gaming. I used potions to boost my stamina and strength and poison on my Mace. I never even used potions in the vanilla game except to make money. Some people may find that tedious but I loved it.
