Discounted Kingdom Come Deliverance

I think there’s a difference between a game being challenging compared to a game not working properly.

Missed my point.
But for argument sake look at Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice, it was indie developed under similar conditions as KCD but they released the game as a 30$ game and it worked perfect, they meet their 3 months sale in 1 month and the game was flawless bug wise and they won me by their side with how great the game was and i will pre-order anything Ninja Theory will release from now on and ever.

If u want to compare with similar complexity game look at Assassin’s Creed Origins, huge game, better graphics, better performance, much more complexity in game than this, it’s true that it had a huge budget, but i don’t care, I pay for the game and I want to play it now not after 1 year after they patch everything when we the consumers complain we do QA work for them. ACO had his release bugs but nothing major that will make you stop playing the game until they release a fix because the main quest is bugged. They asked 60$ for it, they deserved it and I didn’t regret it.

With KCD I regret everyday when i have to reload because something is broken, I got stuck in Ginger quest, Question and Answers quest, monastery quest, Night Raid quest which is still bugged in current patch (1.3.3) and i can’t progress. Not even gonna start about bugs in side quests. WTF are they doing with their resources? I can’t finish a full released 60$ game weeks after release date because MAIN QUESTS are bugged. Hello! Wake up! I have seen early access games that work better than this shitty programming.

New company with a rocky release but no they should’t gives us anything other then continued patch support. I’m playing Skyrim right now and I can’t play the game with out the unofficial patch.

define “properly”
Look at goat simulator…I don’t guess it’s working, what you will call, properly but ppl have fun with it (others not :D) Ok…that was a little over the top, I can understand your position but imo its a bit over the top too

Just not having to pay for the rest of the “Closed story” we were promised would be good enough for me. Although, even in it’s current state the game did offer a hundred hours of (sometimes broken) content, so, not a bad purchase overall.

I pre-ordered the game because I liked what WH were trying to accomplish, I realistic medieval RPG where you’re just an average guy trying to make it in the world.

Yes it sucks that I had to restart my play through 3 times wasting countless hours and yes it sucks that I can’t bring myself to play in it’s current state and yes it sucks that I have to wait for 1.4 to feel confident enough to try a 4th play through, BUT to ask for compensation from this indie studio? No, I knew the risks.

Best I can hope for is that WH patch the game ASAP and I can get back to enjoying the world they created. In the long run, I know mods will keep me entertained well after I complete the game.

Yes, yes… Us pointing out all the bugs probably saves them some money and time, but then again, I don’t think they released the game in that state on purpose. Let us not be such peasants.
I just hope and pray to Jesus Christ that 1.4 doesn’t do what 1.3 did… which was fixing some of the known bugs and adding new ones, sometimes more annoying than the old ones.

As for CDP and The Witcher 3 that someone mentioned above - please… W3 had some ugly gliches upon release, but no game breaking bugs preventing from completing the main story or even the side quests. Also their patching was nice and smooth.
