Does anyone know how to edit existing perks?

I’m experimenting with mods that aim to increase the game’s difficulty. However, they don’t currently address some of the game’s worst perks for trivializing combat, such as Cuman Killer. I’d like to edit the values of this perk (and a couple of others) so that they’re less overpowered.

Which file do I open, and what tool do I use to open it with?

Take a look in the table.pak there are the basic values.

With winrar or similar. Then look for xml files. Open them with notepad++ or similar.

Copy the files you want to edit and pack them similar to the ones you can find in the mod files you already downloaded.

You have to keep the path intact. Except the name of the original .pak file
