here my laptop specs:
- Intel Core i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60 GHz 2.60 GHz
- Win 10 x64
- 8 GB RAM
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
Are these fine for playing the beta and the final version (approx.) or should I wait for PS4?

If you’re prepared to lower the settings, then 30-35 FPS will be achievable for the beta. The full game released next year will be better optimized. Obviously the PS4 should run it fine regardless.
