Does this game support multi-gpu?

Hi, I’m backer form S.Korea.
The Kingdom Come will be one of my favorite game ever, I hope.

My computer has i5 2500k 4.5 GHz overclocked CPU, GTX 970 and 8GB DDR3 RAM.
In my 2500*1440 monitor, the alpha test usually get 30~40 FPS in game.

Yesterday, I brought another GTX 970 for my computer, and I connected them using SLI bridge.

And I ran the alpha version with SLI setting, but FPS is not changed. It almost same FPS with 30~40 FPS.
I feel sad. very sad.
Should I brought GTX 980 instead of another GTX 970 for SLI?

Will this game support multi-GPU?
Anyone have a information about it, please share with me. thanks.

sorry for my poor English.

have a good day!

Hi zfedaykin! At the moment I don’t believe the pre-pre alpha supports sli or crossfire, but will be optimised in the future. I’m running 2 GTX 970’s aswell. The 970’s in SLI and even individually have more bang for your buck then the 980’s, so you made the right choice with the 970’s…
Regards

I am sure it will get there. I would be very surprised if Cry-Engine did not support SLI… BTW I have I7-4790K + SINGLE GTX970 NON-overclocked. I get 35-60 FPS on very high preset but that’s on fullHD tv 1920x1080. Estimated average 50fps

Same here, 2 GTX 970 is an overkill imo, go spend your money otherwise guys :stuck_out_tongue:
The question here is whether it will support intel’s multi-threading or whatever it’s called. Most games don’t and a battle with 200 men doing unique shit is going to b heavy on the CPU.

I wonder too cause my i7 does support multithreading. But it is most likely that large scale battles will run in some spetial mode without full AI, but a lot of scripts. Also combat system physic might get compromised here. Otherwise I dont know how it would run on consoles…

Consoles are good fun but games these days are made for PC only. Another thing is the VR, playing KCD with a VR will be THE BEST GAMING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE :stuck_out_tongue:
