A cool minigame would be drinking contests in taverns, which could even be part of some minor quests, a way to get money from bets or to obtain a certain object from some NPCs. There could be a skill or perk representing your “resistance” making the minigame easier (maybe it could be the Strength STAT)…Oh and of course this would come with a Drunk Mode, whether you win or lose

Mhmm, its a good idea, but improve on it a little tho, maybe a drinking game where after you drink you have to … throw a knife at a board, or do the knife dance in between your fingers, because just seeing how drunk you can get is a bit dull

That would be even more cool…my starting idea was something like in The Wicher 1, where some NPCs would share some info only after you drink together. Really like the idea of linked Drunk-minigames, the only drawbacks are that it could be a little too long to play and tricky to implement, unless you just automatically drink skipping the minigame and start the knife stuff right away, with blurred vision and such…

Sounds fun, but probably would get shot down by every ratings agency out there. Because, you know, innocent minors and stuff. Drinking is almost as bad as showing boobies.
This will most likely be a mature game so why couldn’t they add a drinking mini game. Ive seen T games that have that.

thought something like this was already planned,
I have it dark in my mind that you could even get addicted to alcohol if you drink too much.
Then its even playable for children since they learn what happens if they drink

Yeah now that i think about it i remember this from the kick starter page.
