Dueling Knight Bug

Met a wayfaring knight on the road who challenged me to a duel. I chose to bet something since he had some nice armor on, and I wagered 250 against a piece of his armor. Halfway through the fight the Headcracker perk triggered and the knight was knocked unconscious. I waited for him to get back up, and when he did the game acted as though I had lost the duel, removing 250 Groschen from me.

Now, maybe it wasn’t very chivalrous of me to knock him out cold, but it still doesn’t seem like I should lose the duel for something that’s relatively out of my control…

I had this same issue just now. I was clearly beating him, then all of a sudden I strike him on the head(and the headcracker perk is triggered), rendering him unconscious. I wait for him to get up, and when he does, he starts talking about how he beat me, and 250 Groschen is then siphoned out of my inventory.

For me i stumbled upon him at night (pre 1.03) and the duel began. His attacks didnt do damage to me at all which well when i think about it was a positive for me beating him killing him and robbing all that lovely armour
