I found an interesting site in the game it was a camp south of sasu and east of ratty out in the woods its up agaisnt a small cliff with what seems to be a watch tower and inside the watch tower there is a traffic cone I’ve got a screen shot
There’s also a chest up in the tower. 
There is a way to get up there…

If you drink until you blackout, you’ll wake up in random places. Up in that tower is one of the places you can end up.
Huh i found a sack though in the debris shelter next to the lean too
Unless you took the perk that you’ll always awaken in one of your nice beds…
