Reallyā¦ if you waited patiently for 4 years, through several postponements of the release date, you are gonna throw a tantrum because the publisher messed up and released the game too early for some people? WH stated the release hour some time in advance. There is no need to go ballistic over this. (Yet)
Its not early ffs. The game is RELEASED FOR ALL XBOX ONE PLAYERS ON EAST COAST.
Just a thought but did you check to make sure that all of your information you used when your originally backed is the same information you used on the profile website?
It is being released by someone else than Warhorse for the new purchases as opposed to the old backers who get it from Warhorse. If you plan your entire release to specific hour and then suddenly in the middle of night the other publishers releases it quite early, it is a bit too late to be changing something.
This is terrifying, I have an Xbox baron Kickstarter backr package. I have my preorder bonus code but no game code and seeing all these people without game codes and I too am very disappointed I cannot play after wait for so long. Youāve dropped the ball on the 1 yard line for us guys. Itās out in my region now and I cannot play. Very sad.

I know the feelingā¦ I am in your shoes, been backer for 4 years and I will be the first to complain if in 2 and half hours we do not get what we desire. And I admit, WH should have made the release time more clear. The bugged main page countdown just made is supper annoying for many people.
Now we can just wait until the official release and hope for the best. Oh and look forward to WH employees coming to work and rushing in to attempt some damage control over some of the more icky aspects of tonight.

Same here. Backed this game via Kickstarter four years ago. I sent email on sunday and contacted to Forum mod. Still waiting for an answer. All I see is blank space under āyour profileā.
Same here with baron digital and yes, even if some think the people facing that issue are technical retards, i tried everything from browserchange to contact supportā¦nothing
