Still cant finish the epilogue to get the Mercyful, Virgin, and 'tis but a scratch trophies all at once because hans capon still wont give me the option to finish. How is this game still broken when it came out at the beginning of 2018. FFS just fix this so I can finish this hardcore run and actually have fun on the dlc without worrying if I accidentally kill someone.

I believe the issue has been resolved but unfortunately I don’t think it retroactively fixes old saves. I had this issue too, I tried everything, only fix I found was to start a new game. Someone please let me know if I’m wrong.
There’s certain DLC you can’t play after epilogue, you would still need to replay.
Varic is right. Might have to start from the beginning. I know I have made it through and received those achievements. Almost all the updates that have been made you need to start over to continue. But sounds like no more updates so have at it and go slow.
