Go to C:Users> (Your name) > Saved Games and copy the kingdomcomedeliverance folder and paste it somewhere like on your desktop then delete the kindgomecomedeliverance folder and start the game. It should start up but you won’t have any saved games… Once the game starts close it out then paste the folder your copied earlier back into the same spot and see if that works.
