I’m experiencing a game breaking issue with KCD.
Everyone is Frozen. They will speak to me, but that’s it. Eventually everyone disappears if I wait long enough or just travel far away and back.
I also can’t fast travel or call my horse.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue for the last couple of days, but up until now I was able to resolve the issue by restarting the game a couple of times (5+), reloading the game, sleeping for a couple of days … no exact steps to follow - it was always just trying whatever I could.
No Mods installed (Cheat Mode was installed previously to overcome some bugs, but deleted now)
Everything deleted and reinstalled (including the steam folder and the documents folder), just used the saved games that got re-downloaded from Steam.
