Extremely low-quality facial textures on XB1?

I’m getting laughably low quality faces while running through KCD and it’s starting to wear on me. Just about everyone i’ve encounted has a face with almost no texture or definition to it, just a skin colour and moving parts. This is particularly noticeable with Runt and Sir Radzig.

Anyone else experienced same?

On a serious not, could you take some screenshots for us? Also, did you try reloading a save file?

Definitely feeling like a peasant at the moment.

Will try and get some screenies asap. Getting them from Xbox to PC is a bit of a ballache.
