OMG , I installed it and played it for a couple days… now it says Failed to Launch game , system cannot find specified file!
Thats after 6 reinstalls what gives?

First Thing to check: Install new Version of the Launcher…(Updated 31.5.16). If the error occurs again please Report…
I presume the “new” launcher is the one you can currently download off the profile page? I did that multiple times, and even deleted the registry for Warhorse as one of the Devs recommended. Didn’t work.
Okay, first we will need your Launcher log to look into detail of your problems, you will find it here:
c:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Temp\GameLauncher\ GameLauncher_20160323_131251_2507.log
(Username and Number of Logfile will be different of course)

To make it easier, please go to once more to: c:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Temp
and Upload These files too:
KCD_Beta_Access_.log
and especially
KCD_Beta_Access__000_KCD.log
