I emailed Warhorse about this bug months ago but it appears it is still in the game
They asked me to send them the save file which i did, maybe they just didnt experience the bug.
Well, there is video evidence now.
PC or console? Any mods ever installed?
I suspect those would be the first two questions and if any mods were ever installed then that MIGHT account for it.
It seems that some mods had a bad habit of “corrupting saves” and causing “glitches.”
unlimited saves mod but i have had the same issue without it

When you say “without it” do you mean: before you ever installed the mod (and before any other mods) you had the problem, else, after a complete uninstall of all mods and the game and then a reinstall and “had the same issue?”
Obviously going through the steps to test it this way is potentially a gigantic hassle, so I’m not trying to suggest you do it. Just to point out what possible complications might exist which make your bug report problematic for them to take action on it.
It does look like an incredibly annoying glitch though; my sympathies on having that happen. Once that happens about twice it would be just about time to stop playing, or else, completely uninstall everything and reinstall without any mods (or else a set which others will claim is apparently “safe”).
i have resinstalled the game about 3 times since it came out and reinstalled steam twice and always had this issue

Wow, I had dismounting on a hillside kill me before but never something so pedestrian as in the vid
DAYM. That is a really persistent and annoying one. Hope you get resolution.
