Fat Profits quest bugged

No kidding, tonight I did some hunting and killed the boar, and I went back to the butcher to give him the meat.

His head was stuck in a wall. The wall of his house.

Also, the quest would not accept that I had enough meat to give to the butcher. I was required to give 60 pounds to him, and I had 160. When I tried to give it to him, the ‘Give’ button came up, and I pressed it, but the ‘Confirm delivery’ button never came up.

Should I reload from an old save?

Is there any other way to solve this problem?

There are glitches that are annoying, do a save and restart or restart from a the latest save either one should correct that problem BTW, none of the meat is spoiled?

I will try that.

The meat did spoil if I left it in my inventory for a day or two.
