I currently am doing the quest “in God’s Hands” I go to Rovna in the area of where the quest is telling me that Father Charles is at, however when I arrive there there is only one guy in the village and he’s labeled as “Villager.” I can’t talk to him, only pickpocket him and when I got his chest key off of him there were no clues as to the location of Father Charles.
Am I missing something or is this quest bugged?
