I really would like to have a faster access to trading stuff with an NPC.
Always have to load the textures for the Dialog with at least a second blackscreen and a Dialog option selection plus at least 2 lines of Dialog is a total waste of time and annoying as hell just for accessing a simple trade menu, where you won’t see the high res textures or fancy animations of the characters at all.
Especially if you then realize the Trader has not enough money or not the stuff you need for sale 
An additional alternative button prompt (or something like a double press of “use” analog to the fast horse riding) just for trading would be the simples solution in my opinion.
It would be so cool.

Concerning realism/immersion lovers and quality of life feature haters. I love the immersion of the game, but some quality of live improvements would not hurt anybody. opt in/out for QoL-Features.
For instance the Trade menu is not at all realistic since you do not put the actual items with your hands on the table and don’t count coins by hand,… and why? because wouldn’t be fun at all!
