Finally able to play. First impressions after 3 hrs

Alright. Some Win 7 runtime magic stuff thingamagic later, all of a sudden, KC:D did start up.

I ran it three hours, and am doomed to go to work less than well rested now. THANKS warhorse…I guess…

So far, I did only encounter a single bug (methinks), being that the inventory tabs are not responsive to mouse input.

Apart from that, I like it. definately a slow start, but immersive, if you ask me. Flight from Skalitz was the first ever real flight in any video game… Being used to find myself in a burning, dramatically exploding and collapsing building in other games usually means you can stop running, brew tea, do the laundry and cook and eat a meal, then carry on.

I died 1st try.

This was the first time I had to flee in any game where I actually feared for my safety, dared not to look back and rode like hell, all the while fearing henry would clench his sphincter shut every moment now…

Well done, I’d say.

as a histry buff, I love the world built here.

The game is (in my case) definately a bit rough around the edges (sound mixing and design in places, voiceovers etc.) but in the usual indie-game way.

Biggest issue so far, that I have noticed, was the tang of Sir Radzigs Sword being too short.

It tells me my version is 1.2.2, and when quitting, it appeared as if it allowed saving as normal with other RPG…

So far, I like it. It is quite diffrent, to play a whimpy weak-ass like Henry, for a change. And don’t talk to strangers leaning over Bodies…they are likely NOT mourning relatives. I bravely ran away and barely got waway with my life…
