Find a wayfarer trader - book of speech

hello everyone,

I know that a wayfarer we can meet on the side of the road sells a book to level speech (silence is golden and other myths 3). I absolutely need this book to level my speech and I think I’m not the only one.
However, I spent HOURS making fast travel where they can appear (between ratty and ledetchko, under the tree west of Merhojed) but they never spawn.
I finished the main quest and nearly all secondaries quests. Is this a bug ? or maybe there’s a way to make them spawn?
I don’t think I’m the only one in this situation. If anyone of you know more about the wayfarer traders, post it !

have you checked out the con man in rattay? he sell a book. and a treasure map

Where is he ? At the tavern ?
This would surprise me because I thought only the wayfarer had this book.

Ah you were maybe talking about the con man in Sasau, he does sell a book but it’s version 4

I’ve been searching like crazy to find out where he spawns so now you’ve said Rattray - ledetcko I’ll give it a go tonight

I’m in the same boat as you, if I can get that book then I might have a chance to get level 20. Unfortunately I missed the book from the charlatan as I finished the quest and he’s gone so the beggar is my last hope

I hope you will find him… I know there’s a wayfarer at the crossroad, nord of the ratty mill when you fast travel from rattay to ledetchko. Tell us if you have some news !

Hope it don’t take Too long! I’ve probably seen 1 wayfarer to every 30 conflict when fast travelling
